Preliminary screening
Organize, classify, and conduct preliminary screening of candidate information. After communicating with the head of the employing department, determine the interview candidates, organize and arrange the time and location of the initial interview, and also be responsible for asking the candidates to fill out the "Candidate Registration Form".
Initial test
The initial interview is usually co hosted by the Human Resources Department and the supervisor of the recruitment position, and the supervisor can also entrust others to host it.
